What items are returnable?

You can return your garment within 14 days of receipt of shipment.  The item must be in original condition and in the original packaging.  Do not wash or wear the jacket prior to return.

Are there charges for returning goods?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

How soon will I get a refund?

Once the jacket is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the jacket and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.
